Chaparral Pharmacy – Remedy’sRx is a dedicated pharmacy that is located within our beloved city of Calgary in our wonderful province, Alberta. Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of Calgary residents in the southeast area of Calgary.
Our pharmacy provides three types of services:

a) Free services offered through our pharmacy
– Free prescription delivery: We deliver through Chaparral Pharmacy to our neighbouring communities (Chaparral, Walden, Sundance, Seton, Legacy, Cranston, McKenzie, Midnapore, Shawnessy, and Mahogany) and any other SE community within Calgary.
For the SW communities of Calgary such as Evergreen, Millrise, Shawnessy, Silverado, Bridlewood, Woodbine, Woodlands, Somerset, and other SW Calgary locations, our new SW Calgary location, Evergreen Compounding Pharmacy – Remedy’sRx will take care of your regular and compounding prescriptions and all other pharmacy services and will also deliver them free of charge to your home!
– Free blister packs/packaging: Our pharmacists at Chaparral Pharmacy – Remedy’sRx will put all of your medications in blister packs (compliance packaging) for easy handling and usage. No need to remember how many and which pills you will take!
– Free blood pressure measurement (at our pharmacy)
– Free weight measurement (at our pharmacy)

b) Services that are covered by your Alberta Personal Health Card
- Comprehensive Annual Care Plan (CACP) or Standard Medication Management Assessment (SMMA)(these two services depend on your medical conditions and medications. Ask our pharmacists for more information at 403-475-5544)
- Administration of all types of injections
- Publicly funded vaccines such as Flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines such as Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca
- Adapting or modifying prescriptions based on each patient’s needs in collaboration with your physician
- Renewing and refilling prescriptions
- Emergency prescriptions for Alberta residents
- Ensuring safe use of medications, whether they are prescriptions or over-the-counter (OTC)
- Initiating or managing medications
- Tobacco cessation services
- Diabetes assessment
c) Other highly needed services
1. Compounding
We are extremely proud of our world-class compounding centre that can fulfill our patients’ and our pharmacy partners’ needs.
Compounding is very useful for patients (adults or kids) having swallowing difficulties. It is also used to adjust the doses and strengths of the active (medicinal and non-medicinal) ingredients to match your physician’s requirements. Compounding is very useful if you do not like the taste of your medication. Our professional pharmacists will add the taste that you like (strawberry, banana, chocolate, etc.) to your medication so you can enjoy it! Our compounding services include prescription creams, ointments, and capsules.

Chaparral Pharmacy will provide the patients with customized compression socks based on their measurements and needs.
If you live in Evergreen, Bridlwood, Woodbine, Millrise, Shawnessy, Somerset, or any other part of SW Calgary, We are happy to announce that we opened another SW Calgary location, Evergreen Compounding Pharmacy – Remedy’sRx, which will provide excellent level of pharmacy services similar to our level at Chaparral Pharmacy.
The new SW Calgary location pharmacy is located in the new Eversyde plaza that encompasses Eversyde Medical Clinic, Popeye’s, Mr. Lube, 7-Eleven + Esso gas station, and other stores.
